The CrPur recirculates the process bath solution on a twenty four hour basis from the process tank through the CrPur reaction tank and then back to the process tank.  Plumbing connections are 1" suction to the CrPur pump and 2" gravity overflow back to the process tank form the CrPur system.  The CrPur is 39" Long X 27" Wide X 47.5" High.  Depending on customer floor space requirements, the rectifier for the system may be optionally placed in the bottom chassis of the system with a factory modified frame, or next to the unit.  The CrPur-6 system operates on 220 v for rectifier, and 110 v for pump, and controls.    A standard installation requires only a few hours for start up time, and the expansion to larger systems run in tandem is easily and inexpensively achieved.

The CrPur system uses no chemicals, thus eliminating any concerns about contaminating your tank.  It operates 24 hours per day automatically, requiring no technically trained personnel or constant attention.  The CrPur removal rate of cation impurities increases as the concentration levels of cations increase in the bath.  When the introduction rate of cation impurities into the bath equals the removal rate of the CrPur, an optimum level of bath stabilization occurs.
